This way of procuring a photovoltaic plant allows the client (an individual, a company or a public body) to acquire a plant and use renewable energy without paying the purchase price up front.
Innerga designs the plant, mediates in obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, procures and installs the plant, finances its purchase and installation, and keeps it in working order throughout the contract period. Innerga is responsible for the plant producing energy during the contract period.
The client pays an availability fee during the contract period only if the plant is available and working. In the event of partial or full unavailability, the fee is reduced according to the degree of unavailability.
