Innerga Ltd. is a company founded in 2022 with the aim of participating in the market of production, sharing and management of the consumption of produced renewable energy in the community of citizens, entrepreneurs and public entities. The founders are entrepreneurs with many years of experience in the use of ICT, technologies for production and management of the consumption of produced renewable energy, and the application of modern procurement, contracting and financing technologies for public and private investment projects.

Mission

Innerga Ltd. wants to become a recognizable factor on the market for the application of technologies for sharing produced renewable energy within the energy communities of citizens, entrepreneurs and public bodies by applying the innovative Innerga ECaaS - Energy Communities as a Service technology.

Team

Saša Ukić

Responsible for the area of plant design and installation. More than 25 years of experience in leading construction teams and implementing projects in the field of telecommunications and construction of photovoltaic plants. He participates as a member of the board and head of the project management team in the international RUNE project on the construction of a broadband optical network based on the Fiber to the Home model. He is an expert in the implementation of technical traffic protection projects such as video surveillance of the Učka tunnel, the Limska Draga viaduct and traffic surveillance of the city of Rijeka. He participates in the project team for the development and realization of MAN of the city of Rijeka, and he personally leads the teams for the construction of the optical network and the creation of the associated technical documentation. In cooperation with the Faculty of Philosophy and the department of polytechnics, he organizes and leads courses for professional training in the field of optical networks.

Damir Juričić PhD.

Responsible for the areas of financing and contracting. More than 20 years of experience in the field of preparation, contracting and financing of public and private investment projects. Director of the Agency for Public-Private Partnership of the Republic of Croatia (2012-2018). Associate at the Center for Support for Smart and Sustainable Cities at the University of Rijeka. Expert in project financing and alternative procurement models (PPP, concessions, EPC, XaaS, PPA, EPC) of public investment projects. Recently, he participated in the projects of creating a financial model for the renovation of public buildings damaged in the earthquake for Ministry of construction, a financial model for the construction of national hospital, smart districts, a model of accessible and affordable energy-efficient housing, the energy transition of the University of Rijeka campus, a model for refinancing EPC contracts and the like. Participated in 8 EU projects. Author of the 4budget program for complex financial modeling of public investment projects and projects in the field of RES.

Damir Medved MSc.

Responsible for the area of technological development and innovation. More than 30 years of work on complex projects in global companies. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, he managed the OSS transformation of Hrvatski Telekom, a multi-year project that resulted in the shutdown of 20 old platforms and the migration to a unique NGOSS platform that is still in operation today. In 2005, he moved to GISDATA (today GDI) where he was responsible for the expansion of the telecom portfolio, the result was a significant step forward for the company in that domain. He continues his career at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, where he was in charge of creating new business solutions and business development in new business areas, such as the application of telecom solutions in the field of energy and local government. He prepared and managed numerous EU projects (Horizon and Interreg). He is one of the initiators and creators of the Competence Center for Smart Cities in Rijeka, with which he still actively collaborates today. He is also active in the local community, where he leads the association ‘’Without borders’’ and the Social Center Drenova.
