From monitoring tools to an intelligent platform
Innerga Ltd. develops a portfolio of digital tools for citizen energy communities, including EZG Dashboard and ECAS. The next development step is the systematic integration of artificial intelligence into all key functions, from data analysis to management and billing.
The goal is to turn monitoring tools into an intelligent platform that helps communities make better decisions, increase the share of locally produced and consumed energy, and lower costs for their members.
Four development areas

AI/ML analytics of energy flows
Machine learning models analyse data from smart meters, generation units and energy storage. From this they recognise consumption patterns, forecast renewable generation from weather data, and detect anomalies and losses in the system.

Algorithms for optimal energy allocation
Optimisation algorithms start from forecasts and community rules and determine how to share the energy produced among members. The allocation is fair, transparent and compliant with the regulatory framework, maximising self-consumption and minimising surplus fed into the grid.

AI control systems
They control flexible resources in real time: battery storage, electric vehicle chargers, heat pumps and other controllable loads. The system adapts device operation to prices, forecasts and grid needs, and opens the way for the community to take part in flexibility markets.

AI billing system
It automates the billing of shared energy, the distribution of savings and invoicing. Every member receives a clear explanation of their bill, while the administrative burden on the community manager is reduced.
Together, these components make Innerga's platform a complete solution for the digital energy transition. The platform is scalable and designed for cities, municipalities, public institutions and citizen communities across Croatia and the EU.
